**Ingredients**:

**Instructions**:

5. Pour in the entire bottle of red wine and the chicken broth. The chicken and vegetables should be covered by the liquid. If not, you can add a bit more wine or broth.

6. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then cover and cook over low heat for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the chicken is tender and cooked through.

7. In a separate pan, make a roux by melting the butter and stirring in the flour. Cook until it becomes a light brown color.
